Hey,
I'm California born and bread, thrift-store loving, seasonal-Vegan (because hey, it's hard), mom loving and healing in the South.
If I had one word to describe me I would say "Multilayered." I have never subscribed to the idea that women should be categorized in a box. I am a creative, a business owner, a wife, a mom, a rap music enthusiast, a self-care advocate and a lover of a good visual aesthetic. I have always had passion for making things look and sound good. I consider myself an Ideator and a tastemaker. Whether through the lens of graphic design, creative writing, interior style or fashion- I celebrate any space that offers me space to merge my skills with my passion to bring unique ideas to life. Basically.. I love dope stuff, I create magical stuff and I share a lot of it in this platform.

I am someone who has struggled with Anxiety and Depression for most of my life. Prioritizing my mental wellness and personal self-care has been the remedy to keeping me balanced, aligned and achieving, especially during moments of uncertainty.
Creating a platform that celebrates multilayered women like myself who are always in the pursuit of purpose, passion and positivity has been a healing experience. Celebrating multilayered women who are always in search for more has also helped me grow. While my professional titles may have shifted over the years, my commitment for more has continued to fuel my self-discovery journey. Where there was once uncertainty and chaos, I have found peace in prioritizing my own wellness and self-care. I hope that the Daily by Nikki D platform fuels you to seek more as well.
